Made with pasteurized part skim milk, cultures, salt and enzymes aged over 60 days. With a firmer texture than Baby Swiss, its flavor is mild, sweet and nut-like. It has a savory, but not very sharp taste. Enjoy with fruits such as apples, pears, grapes and thinly-sliced prosciutto ham and salami. Cran-raspberry juice, tomato or vegetable juices also are great pairs.
